Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day role includes:
- Onboarding customers using our FlightPath approach, managing entire projects and fostering strong relationships.
- Delivering training sessions – designing engaging workshops, creating tutorials (e.g., videos, guides), and empowering customers to use our systems effectively.
- Supporting live payroll runs, verifying results, and troubleshooting discrepancies to ensure correct outcomes.
- Managing setup tasks, including BACS (bank transfer) configurations, test payments, and HMRC authorisation.
Required Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Customer service roles with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement.
- Juggling multiple priorities and keeping projects on track—both independently and as part of a team.
- Data handling, including:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience importing/manipulating data in enterprise systems
- Interest in payroll/financial software, with knowledge of:
- Payroll processes or legislation
- Customer-facing financial operations
