Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day role includes:

  • Onboarding customers using our FlightPath approach, managing entire projects and fostering strong relationships.
  • Delivering training sessions – designing engaging workshops, creating tutorials (e.g., videos, guides), and empowering customers to use our systems effectively.
  • Supporting live payroll runs, verifying results, and troubleshooting discrepancies to ensure correct outcomes.
  • Managing setup tasks, including BACS (bank transfer) configurations, test payments, and HMRC authorisation.

Required Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

  • Customer service roles with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement.
  • Juggling multiple priorities and keeping projects on track—both independently and as part of a team.
  • Data handling, including:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience importing/manipulating data in enterprise systems
  • Interest in payroll/financial software, with knowledge of:
    • Payroll processes or legislation
    • Customer-facing financial operations
