This role is full time, based on-site at our Sunderland office.

About The Role
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the full process required to convert perspective patients into current ones in line with internal and external regulations. You will combine Patient Care Records received via post or Zendask, information from an initial triage, and details from our portal to create a full patient profile for each individual we provide a service to.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering patient queries via telephone and email
- Chasing further information required from both patients and medical professionals
- Scheduling patient appointments and handling payment for these
- Maintaining patients' electronic health records

About You
Ideally, you will have experience of handling sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner. It is essential you have:
- A professional written and verbal communication style
- Strong accuracy and organisational skills
- A personable, adaptable manner
- A high level of IT proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, PPTX, Word)
- The ability to retain close attention to detail and an even work flow in all situations
- Minimum grade C GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent
