Onboarding Enablement Specialist
Onboarding Enablement Specialist
Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Enablement Specialist based in the United Kingdom.
About the Role
As an Onboarding Enablement Specialist, you will lead the design and continuous iteration of onboarding programs that empower revenue team members—SDRs, AEs, Field Sales, and Expansion roles—to ramp up successfully and excel from day one.
Your mission is to create scalable, data-informed onboarding experiences that reduce ramp time, improve long-term performance, and ensure every hire has the tools and confidence needed to succeed. Additionally, you will serve as the critical bridge between Revenue Leadership, People Teams, and Enablement functions, fostering alignment and consistency across initiatives.
Beyond program design, you will take ownership of tracking systems, performance insights, and coaching frameworks, ensuring managers and team members have the resources to support effective onboarding and development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
