Onboarding Enablement Specialist

Onboarding Enablement Specialist

(UK-based, Partner Company Role)

The role listed is managed by our partner company, who handles all applications and subsequent steps. This is a high-impact enablement position focused on optimising how new revenue team members ramp effectively and perform at their best.

You'll design scalable, performance-driven onboarding programs across multiple sales functions (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion), ensuring consistency while reducing ramp time. This involves shaping onboarding and coaching strategies, leveraging data to improve outcomes, and aligning internal partners (Revenue leadership, People teams).

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Design & Delivery

    • Develop, deliver, and continuously refine structured onboarding programs tailored to revenue roles, ensuring a high-quality, scalable ramp experience.
    • Own onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms, collaborating closely with managers and leadership.
  • Performance Tracking & Coaching

    • Build and maintain tracking systems and dashboards to monitor ramp performance, proactively identifying at-risk hires.
    • Design standardised coaching frameworks and tools to support managers in guiding new hires through development plans.
  • AI Integration & Content Expansion

    • Lead expansion of the AI role-play content library, working with SMEs to create realistic scenarios (e.g., discovery, objection handling, demos).
  • Strategic Alignment

    • Partner with Revenue leadership to align onboarding initiatives with broader performance, enablement, and operational goals.
    • Support promotional readiness programs (e.g., SDR-to-AE transitions), ensuring aligned learning paths with career frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
