The Company
Tracker is a global provider of recruitment ATS/CRM software, trusted by thousands of recruiters worldwide to run and grow their businesses. Right now we're in a period of record growth, expanding our customer base, our team, and our ambitions at pace.
Onboarding sits right at the heart of that growth story. As one of the first teams a new customer meets, we set the tone for the entire relationship, and we take that responsibility seriously. If you want to join a business that's scaling fast and genuinely cares about doing onboarding properly rather than just ticking a box, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the person who takes a new customer from "just signed" to "absolutely loving it." You'll own the end-to-end onboarding journey from receiving the SOW/Scoping document to project implementation, configuration training, go-live, hypercare, and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.
This isn't a box-ticking role. We want someone who takes pride in genuinely setting customers up for long-term success, not just getting them technically live.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
