Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented outgoing Move Manager to manage the critical compliance and administrative pipeline of our tenancies. You will oversee everything from first contact, obtaining ownership documentation, all legal compliance matters relating to the Property, onboarding data, ensuring system accuracy – prepare key information working closely with our move management department to ensure all move ins take place in a timely manner. Communicate with a wide variety of customers, both internally and externally via telephone and other methods. Provide exceptional customer service to provide a seamless move in process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership & Compliance: Validate property ownership data and update internal records accurately.
- Risk Management: Conduct rigorous AML, PEPs, and sanction checks on all landlords in addition to obtaining all relevant safety documents required to let a property.
- Contract Administration: Issue, track, and secure signed Terms of Business and Letting Agreements.
- Platform Management: Initiate the referencing process on our third-party systems.
- Safety & Legislation: Track, chase, and secure mandatory safety certificates including EICRs, EPCs, and Gas Safety records.
- Licensing Oversight: Check local authority guidelines for licensing conditions, including HMO regulations.
- Financial Accuracy: Audit and input precise accounting directly into our platform.

What Are We Looking For
- Software Proficiency: Direct, hands on experience using bespoke software would be great but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry accuracy for financial and legal records.
- Communication: Assertive and professional communication style to chase outstanding certificates and documents via telephone and alternative methods.
- Deadline and SLA’s: Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure all service level agreements and deadlines are met.
- Objection Handling: Work proactively to manage objections.
- Problem Solving: The ability to problem solve and provide feedback.
- Previous Industry Knowledge: Would be preferable but not essential, training can be given to the right candidate.
- Enthusiasm and Passion: For detail and delivery is key.
- Phone Skills: Must have great phone skills, be able to problem solve and provide feedback to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport and relationship with internal teams and external clients.
