Onboarding Paralegal – Conveyancing
Location: Romford
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday)

The Role:
Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client in their search for an experienced Onboarding Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department based in Romford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with previous conveyancing experience and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. As part of the conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing high-quality support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with laws and regulations relevant to conveyancing.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Provide accurate advice and guidance to clients on all property-related matters.
- Maintain a professional, client-focused approach at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a conveyancing or property law setting is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and client care abilities.
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
