Oncology Clinical Researcher (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your deep expertise in cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing the next generation of tools used by researchers, clinicians, and regulatory teams worldwide?
We're looking for Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world clinical rigor into AI-driven research and evaluation workflows. You'll work with leading AI research teams to ensure that oncology data used to train and assess advanced AI systems reflects genuine regulatory, scientific, and clinical standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced oncology professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
- Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial frameworks, including:
- Study protocols
- Patient enrollment considerations
- Regulatory compliance standards
- Analyze cancer trial data covering:
- Safety endpoints
- Efficacy outcomes
- Biomarker results
- Translate complex trial outcomes into regulatory and scientific documentation, aligned with:
- FDA, EMA, and international submission standards
- Review and critique AI-generated clinical insights for:
- Scientific accuracy
- Clinical relevance
- Regulatory alignment
- Help define what "correct" looks like for AI reasoning about oncology—your expertise sets the benchmark

Who You Are
Essential Requirements
- Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials, from protocol development through data readout
- Strong background in analyzing oncology clinical data, including:
- Primary and secondary endpoints
- Safety profiles
- Biomarker analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as:
- FDA or EMA
- Detail-oriented, scientifically rigorous, and capable of clearly articulating complex clinical concepts in writing
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on structured, task-based assignments

- Prior experience with:

- Oncology subspecialties such as:
