Oncology Clinical Researcher (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your deep knowledge of cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing research tools used by scientists and clinicians around the world?
We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world rigor to cutting-edge AI development. You'll work with leading AI research teams to ensure that oncology trial data, clinical insights, and regulatory standards are accurately reflected in next-generation AI systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for oncology professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own terms.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial frameworks — including study protocols, patient enrollment criteria, and regulatory compliance standards
- Analyze cancer trial data across safety, efficacy, and biomarker endpoints to assess treatment performance
- Translate trial outcomes into structured regulatory and scientific reports aligned with FDA/EMA submission standards
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical insights for accuracy, clinical relevance, and regulatory soundness
- Help ensure AI models reason correctly about real oncology data — from trial design through data readout

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
