You will shape and execute the Elekta ONE strategy by combining deep clinical and technical expertise with a consultative sales approach, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, customer adoption, and long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor for radiotherapy software solutions, you will influence workflow transformation, adaptive therapy rollout, and therapy planning innovation, while partnering with Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing to accelerate growth, maximise customer value, and elevate customer satisfaction and NPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the region in proposing documented, optimised plans and clinical workflows to demonstrate value during the sales process.
- Provide a continuous consultative clinical approach to key Elekta customers and reference sites.
- Contribute to developing a network of external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/advocates and reference sites via partnership collaboration and reference site agreements.
- Participate in the organisation of treatment planning challenges and plan quality contests.
- Support exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, including product demonstrations.

- Enhance Elekta’s portfolio competitiveness by managing customer-focused clinical & operational proof points (evidence-based case studies, literature reviews, whitepapers).
- Work with the Service Executive Head for REU to develop tools, scripts, and training for Sales & Clinical Applications, ensuring uniform and effective messaging and positioning of product solutions.
- Assist in regional marketing planning with clinical insights and act as a customer advocate.
- Partner with Elekta Sales Teams to drive deal closure.
- Shape pipeline development and forecasting; contribute to forecast/planning reports, bid/booking/billing activities.
- Achieve unit/volume sales targets in the most profitable manner, aligned with financial and senior management goals.
- Uphold and promote Elekta Sales Methodology, Eleks Business Governance principles, Elekta Values, and Elekta Sales Policy regionally.
- Develop strong insight into customer visions, applying "Bonding & Rapport" and "Pain" funnel frameworks to guide clients toward adopting Elekta offerings.
- Market penetration 새로운 선-phase account expansion, product/demonstration adoption, and customer-specific solution recommendation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
