Eight Financial Advice

Ongoing Advice Specialist

£28,000

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Ongoing Advice Specialist to join our Ongoing Advice Team and support the delivery of high-quality, compliant financial advice documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in paraplanning, financial services administration, or ongoing advice support who enjoys technical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

The Role

As an Ongoing Advice Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting advisers and clients throughout the ongoing advice journey. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and compliant suitability documentation, supporting case submissions, and ensuring all recommendations align with regulatory and internal standards.

Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, and Business Assurance teams, you'll help ensure cases are processed efficiently while maintaining an exceptional level of quality and client care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
