Online Assistant
Online Assistant — Stores (Flexible Part-Time/Full-Time)
Our stores are fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same. They are at the heart of the local community, providing outstanding value, quality, and service. As an Online Assistant, you’ll be the special ingredient that supports a joyful shopping experience for our online customers—ensuring they receive everything they need.
Eligibility
- Must be above the school-leaving age in your country School-leaving regulations currently set by UK law.
- If shifts cover hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking orders: Selecting high-quality products on the shop floor and arranging substitutions where items are unavailable.
- Efficient processing: Using a hand-held device to plan routes, manage selections, and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Order handling: Assisting with customer inquiries, processing online orders, and aiding van loading for home deliveries.
- Proactive customer service: Supporting enquiries while offering tailored product recommendations based on promotions.
- Flexible store tasks: Assisting behind the scenes where needed across different store functions.
