As an Online Assistant, you’ll drive the behind-the-scenes magic that ensures online customers receive their orders efficiently and flawlessly.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country. (See School leaving age - GOV.UK)
- If shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Picking and packing orders: Select and prepare the best-quality products for online customers—swapping items when needed due to stock availability.
- Efficient navigation: Use a store route map on your handset to track orders efficiently and stick to tight deadlines.
- Customer & order support: Drive vans for Home Delivery Drivers, process queries, and ensure order accuracy.
- Proactive service: Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Warehouse & store flexibility: Move quickly between tasks across the store as required.
