Job Title: Online Assistant Merchandising Planner

About the Role

We are currently recruiting an Online Assistant Merchandising Planner to sit within the EU Ecommerce team based in our London office. You will be reporting into the Online Merchandising Planning and Inventory Control Manager, to develop a full understanding of the UNIQLO range across the Ecom.

We are looking for an experienced Online Assistant Merchandiser to ensure that our website is optimized to deliver on the trading strategy and customer experience. The role will also have merchandising planning responsibilities for certain product categories.

Responsibilities

  • Planning the launch of relevant landing pages to enhance the trading strategy
  • Maintaining and optimising category pages according to product assortment, including ownership of product sorting maintenance and content planning
  • Maintaining on-site search, navigation, and other parts of the website to ensure best-in-class customer journey and reflects the trading strategy
  • Working with analytics team to improve the onsite customer journey
  • Working with the website operations team to manage website content update priorities
  • Managing sales planning for selected product divisions (depending on experience)
  • Work with E-Commerce merchandise planner, Head of Online Trading, and Merchandising team to develop season plan for selected product divisions

Skills, Experience, and Attributes

  • 3-5 years’ merchandising experience within fashion retail
  • Strong analytical/quantitative experience
  • Strong business acumen with track record to drive sales
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • English fluency
