π― Role Purpose
You will report to the Senior Ecom Trading Manager and will be responsible for managing healthcare categories online, landing a compelling strategy through driving sales and improving conversion on Superdrug.com.
π Here's The Exciting Bitβ¦ A Day Includes
- Monitor sales, identifying improvement opportunities and propose actions to increase sales. Create event plan in-line with company deadlines ensuring that commercial offers are right for online and customers.
- Leverage sales data, customer insights, marketshare and competitor analysis to create a compelling ecommerce strategy.
- Collaborate with buying & supply chain to identify trending and high-demand products.
- Coordinate and work closely with category coordinator on the creation of detailed product content, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Working with category coordinator ensure accurate, detailed product content (descriptions, images, specifications) across all platforms.
- Have an understanding of site merchandising aligned with stock movements, product performance, analytics, and trends. Drive initiatives to improve user journeys, increase AOV, and optimise promotional activities.
- Manage the ecom trading calendar and propose/coordinate promotions, pricing strategies, and upselling initiatives to increase sales and average order value (AOV).
- Work with UX team to enhance site usability and navigation to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor performance and stay informed on industry trends for continuous optimisation.
- Be knowledgeable in all products, ranges, monitoring competitor performance and industry trends to inform strategies.
- Input into the Ecommerce development roadmap at category level so maximise customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end ecommerce processes.
- Contribute to the annual ecommerce category budget sessions and land new initiatives to grow sales.
