Performance Marketing Manager
Altrincham – 3 days in
£50-60k DOE
Forward Role are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing healthcare/beauty eCommerce brand for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution.
This is a business with real momentum - a strong founder story, a loyal and fast-growing customer base, and ambitious plans for further UK and international growth. Paid media sits right at the centre of that growth, and this role will be the one shaping it!
The Role
You'll own paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube), and emerging channels like Pinterest and Snapchat. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, CEO and eCommerce Manager, partner closely with an in-house creative team, and use data to drive every decision — from budget allocation to creative testing to scaling what works. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership from day one, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your ideas will be felt immediately.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
