Online Concession Coordinator

Online Concessions Coordinator - Harrods

We have a great opportunity for an Online Concessions Coordinator to join Harrods, who will be at the core of the day-to-day functions of an iconic luxury e-tailing site.

About the Role

The Online Concessions Coordinator will manage the product enrichment for our Online Concession and E-Concession partners, working through close liaison with Fashion and Fine Jewellery Brands.

As an Online Concessions Coordinator, you will be accountable for:

  • Checking and processing the range assortment for brands on a regular basis through our 3 production process models:
    • Vendor imagery
    • Scheduling collections
    • Stock transfer orders

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Studio, Online Trading Teams, Buying, Product Data Teams, and Distribution Teams to ensure the process runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the enrichment process.
  • Proactively monitor the status of products within the production workflow.
  • Ensure that products are live on site in a timely manner.

  • Showcase high organisational skills, excellent time management, and precise attention to detail.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Have intermediate experience using MS Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • (Preferred) Experience using SAP Retail (though not essential).
