We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Concession Executive to join our online concessions team here at Harrods. You will support the Concession Category Manager to refine and optimise the existing digital concession model, working directly with luxury brand partners supporting the onboarding and operational management of Harrods’ Concession brands on Harrods.com

This is a fixed term contract

About the Role

The online concession executive will be responsible for transitioning existing Concession partners to the newly developed Harrods E-Concession model - which will be key to the creation of the longer-term brand development roadmap for the ecommerce business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Concession Category Manager with onboarding new brand partners for Harrods.com
  • Support in operational, technical projects within Harrods.com and the wider business that will provide trading advantages and streamlined processes
  • Demonstrates a proactive interest in personal development and progression
  • Working with the Concession Category Manager to improve skill set gaps and gain more responsibility within the division
  • Become the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Concession production processes, raising your profile within the business and being the ‘go to’ for production queries
  • Own the Seasonal and Production Trackers, ensuring these are up to date

While based in Hammersmith, the role may require some travel to other Harrods office locations e.g. Knightsbridge, Thatcham and/or Brand locations

About You

The ideal candidate will be an efficient professional who is detail oriented, accurate, highly organised, proactive, flexible, with good commercial awareness. The candidate should demonstrate composure and resilience in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the following

  • Brand and industry knowledge of current activity, trends and positioning
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Capacity and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
