A leading hair and beauty brand manufacturing company, committed to innovative, high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We’ve been shaping the industry for over 40 years and are now looking to expand our team.
We’re seeking a passionate Online Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic ecommerce team!
Role Overview
Our mission is to deliver a best-in-class customer experience—from ordering to delivery and beyond. As an Online Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media
- Provide flawless service, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Represent our brands with a positive, professional tone

While hairdressing or beauty industry experience is a plus, what’s essential is a genuine passion for customer service and our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers pre- and post-order, including managing returns, exchanges, and product faults via email and live chat
- Respond thoughtfully to customer comments, maintaining our brand’s positive and engaging voice
- Resolve complaints and issues swiftly and satisfactorily
- Uphold high standards in service, ensuring friendliness and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong digital literacy (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Impeccable written communication skills—clarity and tone matter!
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Proactive, agile team player with excellent time management
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Bonus: Passion for hair and beauty—though not mandatory
Working arrangement: Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week
