Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. Your New Role…
At De Lane Lea, we help shape some of the industry's most exciting feature films and high-end television productions. We're looking for an exceptional Online Editor to join our award-winning team in Soho, where creativity, technology and storytelling come together to deliver world-class content.
Working at the final stage of the post-production process, you'll be responsible for bringing projects over the finish line; combining technical expertise, creative problem-solving and an uncompromising eye for detail to ensure every frame meets the highest standards before delivery.

Your Role Accountabilities…
- Non-linear finishing/online editing for feature film and episodic television content, including basic visual effects compositing, beauty fixes and other opticals.
- Maintain and contribute to the development of digital workflows by ensuring you stay ahead of emerging technology, workflows, current trends and finishing techniques.
- Communicate to all members of the post production team all project details necessary, ensuring a robust, consistent and efficient workflow.
- Titling/versioning spotting sessions
- Incorporating any design/graphic elements
- Troubleshooting technical anomalies
- Ensuring correct assembly of video and audio elements
- Maintaining best practices for content security and client confidentiality
Qualifications & Experiences…
- Solid experience working at a similar level within a large post production company delivering content of a comparable standard and profile for both film and television.
- Extensive list of post production credits as an Online/Finishing Editor
- Expert working knowledge of Flame Suite and Baselight
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Mocha, Sapphire, Boris, Fusion, Nuke and other VFX platforms
- File-based workflow experience and an excellent level of knowledge of digital capture cameras, files, codecs and workflows.
- Must be aware of, and flexible in accommodating, an ever-increasing diverse set of deliverable content including, but not limited to, UHD, HDR, P3, PQ and other current industry trends
- Computer Literate and experienced using computer packages
- Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff.
- Understands the importance of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines
Onsite Working
This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
