Who We Are
At MLS, we believe that language learning should be flexible and personal. Our tutors design tailored lessons based on each student’s goals, interests, and learning style. We work mainly with motivated university students and young professionals who want to enhance their language and cultural fluency for academic, personal, or career goals.
Our Method
Each tutor enjoys full creative freedom to adapt materials and design sessions that best serve the student’s learning journey, but we do provide guidance when relevant. Lessons are interactive and every session blends practical communication with cultural context so that students aren’t just learning grammar.
What We’re Looking For
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We’re looking for motivated tutors who:
- Are English native-level speakers
- Are comfortable teaching individual students or small groups (max. 4–5 students)
- Can design and deliver personalised lesson plans based on the learner’s needs and objectives
- Are reliable, communicative, and open to innovative teaching approaches
- Are available to work remotely with flexibility across different time zones (mainly CET +1 – Mainland Europe)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct online lessons (individual or group)
- Create customised learning paths and materials based on student studies/profession and interests
- Track student progress and adjust methods accordingly
- Participate in our collaborative tutor community for idea sharing and feedback
Compensation and bonuses
We pay for work performed each month on the 5th of the following month at the latest. The fee is variable and depends on experience and fit, as well as course type (individual vs group). In addition, every time a student renews their course with you, you'll receive a bonus

Flexibility
This is a fully remote position. You can set your own schedule and workload — ideal for freelancers, graduate students, or professionals looking for a flexible teaching opportunity.
Terms of engagement
Since this is a remote position and our tutors are based around the world, we are looking for independent contractors / autonomous workers / sole traders (the name is different depending on your country). This means you can accept as much or as little work as you like and are responsible for registering in your country of residence for taxation and national insurance (aka social security).
