About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager.
You’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation by:
- Ensuring team engagement
- Keeping vans on the road
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction
You will oversee:
- Online shrink agenda with structured processes
- Data-led decision-making
- Validating picker and driver resources via effective rota planning
- Guaranteeing picking accuracy and consistency for the online operation
Responsibilities

Drive strategy into action:
- Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor
- Deliver great availability standards, key metrics, and KRAs through routine processes

Lead with impact:
- Engage, coach, and continuously improve routines and processes
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and pride
- Drive pick accuracy and serve customers with heart

Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:

Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a complex Online retail environment

Operational knowledge of Online retail operations
-
Skills in improving availability, picking rates, reducing waste, and managing shrink

Experience developing teams and managing change through resilient leadership
-
Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service
-
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
