About the Role

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager.

You’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation by:

  • Ensuring team engagement
  • Keeping vans on the road
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction

You will oversee:

  • Online shrink agenda with structured processes
  • Data-led decision-making
  • Validating picker and driver resources via effective rota planning
  • Guaranteeing picking accuracy and consistency for the online operation

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy into action:

    • Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor
    • Deliver great availability standards, key metrics, and KRAs through routine processes
  • Lead with impact:

    • Engage, coach, and continuously improve routines and processes
    • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and pride
    • Drive pick accuracy and serve customers with heart

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a complex Online retail environment

  • Operational knowledge of Online retail operations

  • Skills in improving availability, picking rates, reducing waste, and managing shrink

  • Experience developing teams and managing change through resilient leadership

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
