Role Description
This is a remote role for Online Mandarin Chinese Tutors. The position involves delivering one-on-one virtual lessons, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. Tutors will engage students with immersive interactive content, track their progress, and provide feedback. The role also requires fostering a positive and encouraging online learning environment to ensure students achieve their language learning goals.
As an Irish company, successful candidates complete both a criminal background check in their country of residence and vetting through Ireland's national vetting service. Full detail is provided at interview stage. The background check fee is reimbursed to tutors who are hired.

Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or language instruction with a focus on Mandarin Chinese
- Strong skills in lesson planning, adapting teaching methods
- Proficiency in digital tools and virtual platforms for online teaching
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Patience, cultural awareness, and a passion for education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Prior experience teaching K-12 students or developing language curricula is a plus
