Online Marketeer
Summary
Voris is transforming how businesses measure their online presence in the age of AI. As more customer journeys start with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Copilot, organizations need new ways to understand their visibility, traffic, and conversions. Voris provides privacy-first analytics that help businesses measure the impact of AI-generated recommendations and optimize their presence across both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
We're looking for an Online Marketeer who is passionate about digital marketing, AI Search, and growth. You'll help drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and establish Voris as a thought leader in AI analytics, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to experiment, learn, and make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across organic, paid, email, and social media channels.
- Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media.
- Improve the discoverability of Voris across search engines and AI assistants by applying SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
- Monitor brand visibility across AI platforms and identify opportunities to increase authority and reach.
- Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive product sign-ups and sales opportunities.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer journeys using analytics tools, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Conduct keyword, topic, and competitor research, identifying opportunities in both traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
- Support product launches, webinars, partnerships, and online events with digital campaigns and promotional content.
- Stay up to date with developments in AI Search, digital marketing, web analytics, and privacy regulations, and translate these into innovative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and an outstanding customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
