Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer
We are currently recruiting on behalf of Reebok for an exciting opportunity as an Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer.
As Reebok continues to expand its marketplace presence across the UK and Europe, they are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer to support the growth and performance of their digital marketplace business across leading platforms including Zalando, About You, ASOS, and others.
Based in London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving team where you will have real visibility, ownership, and the chance to contribute to shaping marketplace operations across Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Owning the planning and inventory strategy across key European online marketplace partners, ensuring optimum stock levels and strong commercial performance.
- Managing forecasting, replenishment, stock coverage, OTB and sell-through to maximise sales opportunities and profitability.
- Monitoring weekly trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing actions to improve results.
- Defining marketplace assortments from the wider Reebok product range, ensuring the right product mix is available for each channel and customer.
- Supporting seasonal investment planning by category, aligned with channel strategy and demand forecasts.
- Driving inventory optimisation through effective replenishment, markdown and stock rebalancing decisions.
- Analysing product, category and channel performance to identify trends and deliver actionable commercial insights.
- Managing seasonal catalogue creation and ensuring product data accuracy across all marketplace platforms.
- Working closely with marketplace partners and internal teams to resolve stock, delivery and product information queries.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of Reebok's marketplace business across Europe, helping to build best-in-class planning processes and ways of working.

- Previous experience within Marketplace Planning, Merchandise Planning, Buying, eCommerce Trading or Digital Commerce, ideally within fashion, footwear, sportswear or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of planning fundamentals including forecasting, replenishment, OTB management, stock coverage and sell-through analysis.
- Experience working with online marketplaces such as Zalando, ASOS, About You, Amazon or similar digital retail platforms.
- Comfortable owning planning and commercial decisions independently within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into commercial actions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of digital retail and marketplace dynamics.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working within a growing and evolving business function.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Passion for sport, fashion, footwear, lifestyle brands and the evolving eCommerce landscape.
