Online Music Tutor – Remote Part-Time Role
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Online Music Tutors in a part-time, fully remote position. Ideal for those with a love of music and a desire to share their expertise while offering flexible instruction to students of all levels.
No prior tutoring experience is required – just musical proficiency!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual music lessons via online platforms, covering diverse instruments and styles.
- Deliver personalised instruction tailored to each student’s needs—adapting teaching methods for beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners.
- Instil confidence through guidance in:
- Instrument technique
- Music theory
- Sight-reading
- Performance skills
- Teach a wide range of instruments, including:
- Piano/Keyboard
- Guitar (acoustic, electric, bass)
- Violin
- Drums/Percussion
- Voice/Singing
- Woodwinds (flute, clarinet, saxophone)
- Brass (trumpet, trombone, French horn)
- Foster a supportive, creative, and engaging learning environment that nurtures students’ musical growth.

Requirements
- Proficient in one or more of the listed instruments.
- Ability to clearly communicate musical concepts to learners of varying ages and skill levels.
- Reliable internet access and a computer/tablet with video conferencing capabilities.
- Enthusiasm for music education and a passion for helping others unlock their potential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivational ability, and inspiration in mentoring students.
