Join our team as an Online Navigator – Head Office, Pennywell Rd, Bristol
Are you a people person who loves creating positive experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Online Navigator to join our energetic Online Team at our Head Office in Bristol.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Online Navigator, you'll be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them take the next step in their journey with us. Your role will include:
- Engaging with customers via online chat or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them toward booking an appointment.
- Capturing key information and updating our sales system to ensure we’re delivering a personalised experience.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Working hand-in-hand with our sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.

What We’re Looking For
If you’re motivated, personable, and excited about building a career in sales, we’d love to hear from you. Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we value energy, attitude, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Key Information
- Working Pattern: 37.26 hours a week across Mon – Sun covering the hours 8am – 9pm on a rota with a 1 hour lunch break.
- This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months (until 31 July 2027), although it may end earlier if the postholder returns sooner.
