Online Personal Trainer – Part-Time Remote Role
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Online Personal Trainers. This part-time, remote position allows you to provide personalised fitness coaching and guidance to clients from anywhere—providing strength training, cardiovascular fitness, yoga, or other forms of exercise—while helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual personal training sessions via video conferencing platforms.
- Develop customised workout plans based on each client’s fitness level, goals, and preferences.
- Provide instructions and guidance on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions.
- Offer support and motivation to keep clients accountable and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress, adjust workout plans as needed, and deliver encouragement and constructive feedback.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and fitness principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective workout programs for clients of all skill levels.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone with video conferencing capabilities (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- A passionate dedication to fitness and a keen desire to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and connect remotely.
