The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights AISBL is expanding its global outreach for online academic, research, policy, human rights, and professional development programs designed for university-level learners, researchers, and early-career professionals.
We are looking for motivated Online Program Marketing & Student Recruitment Partners who can help us connect with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral-level students interested in research, policy, human rights, law, international relations, governance, advocacy, and professional skills development. This is a suitable opportunity for individuals with experience in educational marketing, student counselling, digital outreach, university networks, social media promotion, academic communities, or international student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
As an Online Program Marketing & Student Recruitment Partner, you will:
- Promote EIPRHR online programs to relevant student and academic audiences.
- Identify and engage prospective learners at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels.
- Conduct ethical digital outreach through LinkedIn, email, student groups, academic networks, webinars, and professional communities.
- Explain program value, learning outcomes, eligibility, and enrolment process clearly and responsibly.
- Support interested candidates by guiding them toward the correct application or registration channel.
- Build relationships with student associations, universities, academic networks, research groups, and education communities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and conversions.
- Follow EIPRHR’s communication, data protection, and ethical recruitment guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
- Experience in education marketing, student recruitment, admissions counselling, digital marketing, or academic outreach.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Access to student, university, academic, or professional networks.
- Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets.
- Professional understanding of ethical recruitment and truthful program promotion.
- Interest in human rights, policy research, law, governance, international relations, or higher education.
