Role Description
The Online Research role at ZyeemZia™ is a remote contract position focused on gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from digital sources to support tactical software development and strategic business decisions. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting structured online research
- Validating data accuracy
- Summarizing findings in clear reports
- Presenting key insights to internal stakeholders
The role also involves:
- Identifying trends, potential markets, and relevant competitive information
- Compiling datasets that inform product, sales, and marketing strategies
The contractor is expected to:
- Manage multiple research requests
- Maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate via online communication tools to ensure timely and precise delivery of research outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and general Analytics capabilities for data interpretation and insight generation
- Marketing Analytics skills to evaluate markets, audiences, and performance metrics
- Clear and professional Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating remotely
- Sales-related understanding to interpret commercial data and identify potential business opportunities

Beneficial Experience and Skills
- Relevant experience in online research, data collection, or competitive intelligence
- Comfort working independently in a remote, contract-based environment and managing deadlines
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, research databases, and visualization tools
Preferred Background
- A background in business, data analysis, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
