The Role: Online Sales Associate
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000 OTE
- Permanent contract
- Location: [Shelton House, Derby](Motorpoint, Unit 7, Prime Enterprise Park, Prime Park Way, DE1 3QB)
- Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, spans 09:00–17:00 and 12:00–20:00, with one fixed weekday off and one weekend day off.

As an Online Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers confidently through their car-buying journey, supporting them across web chats, emails, phone calls, and post-sale inquiries. You’ll liaise with third parties, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain high service standards—all while advancing from the role into sales executive positions.

Lead Generation:
- Convert online sales enquiries across web chat, email, and telephone
- Nurture leads to grow online sales pipeline

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide end-to-end support—buying, selling, or financing with our customers
- Process orders accurately, ensuring a seamless handover to Sales Executives

Proactive Coordination:
- Liaise with finance providers, tracking loan applications and advising customers
- Log contacts compliantly per business standards

Problem-Solving:
- Resolve disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain positive customer relationships for future engagement

Performance & Growth:
- Support team KPIs to meet monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training programs to advance to Sales Executive
