Online Secondary Science Teacher (QTS Required)

About the Role

Transform the way Science is taught. Equal Teaching is recruiting for a premier online education provider that supports schools, local authorities, and non-mainstream settings in meeting their statutory obligations.

Please note: This advert is designed to build a talent pool of exceptional Secondary Science Teachers. By applying, you will be pre-qualified and positioned at the front of the queue to be contacted as soon as relevant Permanent, Fixed-Term, or Self-Employed Contractor opportunities arise as a result of our partner's continued success and growth.

Our partner has spent over a decade refining an online pedagogy that ensures students remain engaged and motivated. You will use a purpose-built "Learning Cloud" to facilitate real student outcomes. This is a professional teaching role that requires high-level subject knowledge (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) and a flair for digital engagement. Roles are typically full-time, but part-time (minimum 3-4 days per week) will be considered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
