We’re searching for Online Team Leaders to lead our in-store Online teams, driving key performance results for our customers.


About the Role

As an Online Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, responsible for:

  • Creating a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all customers.
  • Fostering an engaging department environment where colleagues actively contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Building a supportive and performance-driven culture that recognises and rewards achievements.
  • Analysing department data to identify process improvements and risks, streamline operations, and enhance service speed.
  • Committing to adhering to all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
  • Ensuring orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered on time with minimal substitutions.

About You

This role is perfect for someone with:

  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience developing and leading teams, with a focus on coaching high performance.
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of Online order fulfilment and logistics.
  • Practical organisational expertise, including remote workflow management.
  • Uniquely structured time-management skills, adherence to strict deadlines, and a commitment to consistent service delivery.
