What You'll Do
The role of Onsite Trading Assistant is to support the onsite merchandising team in delivering a world class online customer experience, across our UK & ROI markets, in line with the set commercial objectives and digital strategy. Managing the delivery of the customer experience across all channels including web, tablet, mobile and app. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment and a candidate with a high level of self-motivation and drive who is happy to manage multiple priorities and deliver to a high standard.

- Support day to day trade for your BU’s
- Review the website (site merchandising) daily to ensure we are presenting the best customer experience to our customers across all devices
- Planning and executing key campaign and promotional events on site
- Weekly trade notes - monitor and analyse key web analytics to make recommendations to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate with the M&S Chennai Site Merchandising team to deliver the customer journey and on-site experience to quality standards and timelines
- Ensure all key trading events are flawlessly executed onsite, delivering a cohesive and engaging customer experience that maximizes conversion and aligns with commercial and marketing objectives. From DLPs, navigation and PLP merchandising across web and app.
- Fortnightly analytic report to improve a particular area of the site. Share and present to the team, and actions completed in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for customer journeys, products, and development

Who You Are
- Passion for online, willingness and desire to learn new things with a can-do attitude and a drive to do the right thing for the customer
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to prioritise workload, plan and work to deadlines
- Ability to work across larger teams and to work alone
- Ability to analyse and report information
- Good level of Microsoft Office skills
