About Us
Online Education Services (OES) is an education provider that partners with universities to provide purposefully designed and highly engaging online programmes.
This position will be working within OES, for Aston Online (in association with Aston University, Birmingham). Aston Online delivers world-class learning though degrees specifically designed for the online student. Each degree is tailored to provide opportunities for students who are often unable to undertake university studies on campus.
At Aston Online, the student is at the forefront of everything we do. This role is an opportunity to support and guide our students through their learning journey. Our Online Tutors are the subject matter experts who facilitate the student's learning, with a focus on helping them achieve their goals.

As an Online Tutor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding MBA experience by:
- Guiding professionals through real-world business challenges
- Facilitating engaging discussions and peer learning
- Helping students apply theory to practical business contexts
- Providing timely feedback and academic support
Our learning model is built on active, collaborative learning that encourages critical thinking, knowledge sharing and workplace application.
Areas of Expertise
We welcome applications from tutors across a broad range of MBA disciplines. We are particularly keen to strengthen expertise in areas such as:

- Emerging Business Technologies
We also encourage applications from candidates with expertise in other business, management and leadership disciplines.
What We're Looking For
- Subject expertise in a relevant MBA discipline
- Experience teaching or supporting postgraduate learners
- Strong online communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire working professionals
- Confidence using virtual learning environments and digital platforms

Key Expectations
- Daily weekday engagement in the Virtual Learning Environment
- Responses to student queries within 24 hours
- Delivery of a weekly two-hour live session
- Commitment to a 16-week module cycle, including teaching and assessment
