Onshore Private Wealth Associate/Senior Associate | 4-5 years’ PQE | Chambers, Spears & L500 Ranked
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Private Wealth Associate or Senior Associate (4-5 PQE) to join one of London’s leading private client teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in Chambers High Net Worth and The Legal 500.

The private wealth team is regarded as one of the best in the UK, especially for onshore private client work. The group is led by two highly regarded partners—well known in the industry for their approachability, mentorship, and technical strength. The team recently attracted a lateral hire from another leading private client practice, reflecting its strong market reputation and appeal.
The Role
This is a strategic growth hire, reflecting the strength of the team’s existing pipeline. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a wide range of matters for UK-based high-net-worth individuals and families, including:
- Succession planning and estate structuring
- Complex will drafting and powers of attorney
- Family governance frameworks
- Trust formation, administration, and restructuring
- High-value estate administration and related tax advice
- Integration of legal advice with residential property and family business structures
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a UK-qualified solicitor with ideally 4–5 years’ PQE and a strong background in onshore private client law. You’ll be comfortable advising on complex tax, trusts, and estate matters for HNW clients.

- Have trained or qualified at a top-tier private client firm in London or a well-regarded regional firm
- Be technically strong, with excellent drafting and problem-solving skills
- Show a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
- Be collaborative, proactive, and ambitious for career growth
