WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Deliver high-quality customer service to all users, including VIPs, with confidence and professionalism. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows platforms. Build and deploy PCs, patch network points, and resolve printer and connectivity issues. Maintain and update site-specific documentation and knowledgebase articles. Collaborate effectively with internal support teams and third-party vendors. Manage incidents, IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project-related tasks. Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (current and legacy). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Intune, etc.). Experience with Windows imaging techniques (network and local). Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Skilled in desktop and printer configuration and troubleshooting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
