ATA Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Onsite Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy multi-drop delivery operation, supporting drivers, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Analyse operational data to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards through clear communication.
- Manage driver training bookings and support workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee social media activity to promote recruitment opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
- Work closely with the Audit, Recruitment and HR teams to support operational excellence.

Skills & Experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Experience within the logistics or transport sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Confident using online systems and social media platforms.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
