ATA Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Onsite Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy multi-drop delivery operation, supporting drivers, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Analyse operational data to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards through clear communication.
  • Manage driver training bookings and support workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee social media activity to promote recruitment opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Audit, Recruitment and HR teams to support operational excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience within the logistics or transport sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Confident using online systems and social media platforms.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
