We are hiring: Site Manager

Eekels Romania is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities on projects across Scotland, UK.

The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards and UK HSE regulations, and supporting installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical site activities and project execution;
  • Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, materials and equipment;
  • Monitor progress, productivity, budgets and site documentation;
  • Maintain communication with clients, project managers, engineers and stakeholders;
  • Support planning, risk assessments, method statements and continuous improvement.

Candidate profile:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management or a related technical field;
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in site management, construction management or project execution;
  • Experience in industrial, marine, energy or infrastructure projects;
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations and commissioning;
  • Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations;
  • SMSTS certification required; First Aid and CSCS are strong advantages;
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced English proficiency.
