OVERVIEW

Work setting: Hybrid | 3 days a week from our Lisbon hub (Saldanha)

Employment length: 12 months rolling contract

We are seeking a Digital Producer, Google Store to lead the regional execution and delivery of Google Store experiences across EMEA markets. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of new product launches, localized storefront experiences, and ongoing site updates, ensuring customers across the region have access to accurate, engaging, and high-performing online experiences.

Working closely with Global Product Producers (gProds), EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), publishers, and local market stakeholders, you will oversee the adaptation, build, quality assurance, and launch of Google Store content across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Non-DTC markets.

This is a highly collaborative production role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing complex, multi-market initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders across multiple workstreams, translate global launch requirements into regional executions, manage project timelines, and ensure flawless delivery from briefing through launch and post-launch support.

Success in this role comes from exceptional project management, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer experiences across Google's retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES

  • Lead the regional execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across EMEA markets, supporting the launch of Google's latest hardware products and services.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from briefing through launch, coordinating activities across approximately ten-week production cycles.
  • Partner with EMEA GTM teams, Product Marketing stakeholders, and Global Product Producers to align regional requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project handoffs between teams and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the launch process.
  • Manage launch readiness activities across DTC and Non-DTC markets, ensuring all pages, assets, and customer journeys are completed and approved ahead of launch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
