£27,500 basic salary + bonus

Job Description

Role: Onsite Recruiter

Location: Axbridge, Somerset

Working Model: Onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).

Must have UK Driving License and access to own vehicle

We're recruiting for an exciting new Onsite Recruiter opportunity supporting the launch and growth of a major manufacturing operation in Axbridge.

This role will be embedded onsite and will play a key part in coordinating recruitment activity, workforce planning, onboarding and stakeholder engagement. You will act as the link between operational teams, candidates and the wider recruitment function to ensure hiring demands are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing recruitment activity for high-volume operational vacancies
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction activity
  • Working closely with sourcing teams to ensure delivery targets are achieved
  • Supporting workforce planning and recruitment forecasting
  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and onsite stakeholders
  • Monitoring workforce activity and providing operational updates
  • Supporting mobilisation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Industrial recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting within high-volume environments
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable

  • Previous onsite recruitment experience
  • Manufacturing, warehouse or workforce management experience
