Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Onsite Representative located in the City of Bristol. The Onsite Representative will support day-to-day supply chain activities at the customer’s facility, including managing inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. The role involves regular communication with the customer, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure timely, efficient service. The Onsite Representative will also help implement and uphold Incora’s service standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements within the customer environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics within manufacturing, aerospace, or a related environment.
- Strong skills in data entry, record keeping, and use of ERP or inventory management systems.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build professional relationships on-site.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and solve problems independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working in an industrial or warehouse environment and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Previous on-site customer support experience is beneficial; background in aerospace or defense is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
