The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
As an Onsite Support Engineer, you'll be the trusted technical expert that our customers rely on day-to-day. You'll be their first point of contact for resolving IT issues, delivering a hands-on support experience that keeps users productive, connected and confident in their technology. You'll work directly with end users, build strong relationships, and become a valued extension of their team while representing Littlefish on-site.
This is far more than a ticket-fixing role. One day you could be resolving complex desktop issues, the next supporting an office deployment, troubleshooting network connectivity, or helping a customer navigate new technologies. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a real difference to the people you support.
As an Onsite Support Engineer, you'll provide both onsite and remote support, helping customers resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
