Contract: Full Time

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

ABOUT YOU:

You’re organised, proactive, and love making complex things simple.

You probably bring:

  • Experience in multi-site operations

  • Strong planning, coordination, or programme management skills

  • The ability to influence without authority and align multiple teams

  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

Bonus points for:

  • Franchise or multi-brand experience
  • Familiarity with operational or project management tools
  • Exposure to governance or change frameworks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the master plan:

  • Manage and coordinate the central activity plan across restaurants, kiosks, and support teams
  • Prioritise, sequence, and align initiatives across the business
  • Act as the single coordination point for cross-functional activity

Balance ambition with reality:

  • Manage operational capacity and protect frontline teams from overload
  • Ensure plans are realistic, deliverable, and set up for success
  • Identify risks early and adjust plans accordingly

Drive structure & governance:

  • Establish clear ways of working, timelines, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure every initiative follows a consistent path from planning to rollout
  • Embed discipline and operational readiness standards

Own risk & issue management

  • Maintain a clear, central view of operational risks
  • Escalate issues early and work with teams to resolve them
  • Provide visibility and confidence to senior stakeholders

Create clarity through data & systems

  • Own key operational tools and improve data accuracy
  • Simplify reporting and eliminate duplication
  • Ensure everyone is working from the same version of the truth

Bring teams together

  • Work cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain, and beyond
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and timelines
  • Challenge constructively where plans create risk
