Now is an exciting time to work in Finance and get involved in a multi-year transformation that will shape the future of Finance in Nationwide and Virgin Money.


This role sits in the Future Capabilities and Operations team in Finance and as an Operational Effectiveness Manager, you’ll play a critical part in co-ordinating the change required by Finance to support group-wide integration activity. You’ll work collaboratively with subject matter experts across Finance and key strategic integration programmes - to deliver an ambitious change agenda, influence decisions at the highest level and provide oversight for every stage of the journey.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London or Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
