What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring our warehousing processes are optimised for success. You will report to [insert manager's name] and oversee a dedicated team, driving collaboration and innovation to achieve our goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across the warehousing function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance productivity.
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

- Proven experience in operational management within a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
- Effective communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- A background in project management.
