Description
Digital Transformation
- Lead key projects and workstreams under Atrium’s Underwriting Transformation and Data-First (straight-through processing) programmes to deliver market-leading digital capabilities for Atrium, along with ensuring that Atrium has efficient, scalable, agile and automated Underwriting systems & processes.

Underwriting Systems & Processes
- Understand, maintain knowledge and review how Underwriting Teams operate throughout the entire Underwriting journey along with being the product owner for systems & processes used in conjunction with IT.
- Lead the continuous improvement of Atrium’s Underwriting processes & systems, to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure that Underwriting Teams work consistently throughout the Underwriting journey.
Underwriting Innovation
- Continuously monitor and keep abreast of the latest technological developments in the Insurance industry to help create, deliver and continuously evolve Underwriting Target Operating Models (TOM).
- Build relationships with a large array of external system/product & service providers within the Insurance market, along with the ability to influence future developments and roadmaps.
Internal Groups
- Heavily contribute and be responsible for delivering workstreams within various Atrium internal groups including the Digital Strategy Committee, Underwriting Transformation Programme (UTP), Underwriting Cohort Groups and the Technology Innovation Group (TIG).

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Lloyd’s market experience
- Management of Underwriting related Projects
- Excellent IT skills, ideally Microsoft Visio
- Effective Relationship & Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
