6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London or Darlington (Hybrid)
We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Operational Excellence People Process Lead to drive process improvement across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with HR, People Operations, Finance, and IT teams to review and optimise people processes, improve the use of Workday, and deliver measurable operational improvements. This role will involve:

- Stakeholder workshops

- Embedding continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement
- Strong background in HR or Shared Services process optimisation
- Experience working with Workday
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
