Operational Finance Support – Hybrid Role

Helping others improve and turn their lives around – there’s no better feeling. It’s what we do for thousands of people at more than 150 sites across the UK. Be a part of it.

About the Role

Join our growing team in a hybrid capacity, working 2 days per week on-site at a location within the North West/North East region. Travel is required across services in these regions, so the postholder must hold a driving license.

You will work full-time (37.5 hrs per week) under the supervision of the Head of Operational Finance Support.

The Opportunity

Support, train, and govern site administrators in their finance-related duties to ensure seamless operations and compliance. You’ll be responsible for addressing the operational challenges of site administrators while maintaining effective controls.

This role is ideal if you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Support
    • Provide continuous training and guidance for new and existing site administrators
    • Ensure they comply with policies and business procedures

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
