A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as an Operational Project Manager, where you will take the lead in running the entire project lifecycle from tender management to commercial reporting. You will accurately detail project progress through our internal Project Management system, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all details. Collaborate with third-party services and vendors to meet project specifications, while managing scope, time, cost, and quality. Your role will involve communicating project updates to stakeholders and liaising with the Engineering team to define scopes and requirements, ensuring a right-first-time delivery. Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and facility Planner to drive project success and efficiency.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Oversee tender processes and be responsible for commercial management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate recording of project progress using our Project Management system.
  • Coordinate with third-party services and vendors to effectively meet project requirements.
  • Lead the scope, specification, time, cost, and quality of assigned projects through ASC.
  • Communicate project updates to partners, ensuring visibility and alignment.

What You Bring

  • Experience in project management, particularly in tender and commercial management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate project progress recording.
  • Experience managing third-party services and vendors effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with collaborators.
